How We Protect What You Share

Data Encryption

All personal information — your name, email, phone, payment details — travels through TLS 1.3 encrypted channels. We store it in isolated databases with role-based access; only your account team can view it.

Retention Periods

We keep your account data for the life of your account plus 24 months after closure, as required by local record-keeping law. Transaction history remains available in your account dashboard for one year after each withdrawal.

Third-Party Sharing

We never sell your data. We share deposit and withdrawal info only with our payment processors — DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS partners — to complete transactions. No other third parties receive your account details.
